That processing is practical or commercially desirable is not in itself sufficient.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eDocumentation and accountability\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIMY recommends that the legitimate interest assessment be documented so that the controller can demonstrate how the assessment was performed. The package therefore provides separate fields for purpose, legitimate interest, alternative solutions, data minimization, reasonable expectations, safeguards, and final conclusion.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eArticle 21 – when the data subject objects\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA separate template helps the organization assess objections to processing based on Article 6(1)(f).
