Benefit Realization Plan & Impact Tracking is a practical template package for Swedish companies that want to plan, measure, and track the benefits of an internal change. Goal achievement is calculated as (outcome − baseline)/(goal − baseline), even for reduction goals. Baseline 10 minutes, goal 6 minutes, and outcome 8 minutes gives 50 percent. Zero values are handled as actual values. Missing numerical data, goals equal to baseline, wrong direction, and invalid date order result in control text instead of a usable goal achievement. Incomplete evidence or a missing reviewer prevents the status of controlled measurement.

The overview counts registrations and controlled items. It does not sum minutes, kronor, and quality measures into a common benefit figure. A completed activity is counted as verified only with a separate verification date and supporting documentation reference.

Limitations: comparability and causality are assessed manually. Measurements retrieve the current baseline and current goal; save dated copies and decisions before changes for a traceable history. For more than 100 rows, tables, formulas, and validation need to be expanded and tested. No automatic data retrieval, time valuation in money, accounting, or email reminders are included.

2. Define indicator, unit, population, and baseline measurement. Save source and version.

6. Document actions and decisions on continued follow-up or review.
