Notice period for residential leases

According to Chapter 10, Section 3 of the Land Code, a fixed-term residential lease must be terminated for the agreement to end at the end of the lease period. As a general rule, the termination must be made in writing no later than one year before the end of the agreement period. The same applies to a written request for changed terms before the next lease period.
